This website showcases original artworks by Vita Zilinskiene. All artworks, images, and materials on this site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
By purchasing an artwork or commissioning a piece, you agree to the following terms.
2. Original Works & Availability
- Each artwork listed as “Original” is one of a kind.
- Once sold, it will be marked as unavailable and will not be reproduced.
- Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
3. Commissions
- Commission requests can be submitted via [email/contact form link].
- A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50%) is required to confirm your commission.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
- You’ll receive progress updates and one or two opportunities for feedback or adjustments (depending on project type).
- The artist retains copyright, but the client receives the physical artwork and non-commercial display rights.
4. Pricing & Payment

- Any additional costs (e.g., shipping, framing, import duties) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped using tracked delivery.
- Delivery times vary by location.
- The artist is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, but will assist in tracking shipments.
- Damaged deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Original artworks and commissions are non-returnable except in cases of damage during shipping.
- For damaged items, please contact [vitazilinskiene5@gmail.com] with photos within 7 days for a resolution or replacement.
- Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Copyright & Usage
- All artworks, including commissions, remain the intellectual property of the artist.
- The artist may display images of the work (including commissions) in portfolios, exhibitions, or promotional materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The buyer may display the purchased artwork privately but may not reproduce, resell digital copies, or use it commercially without permission.
